About Sarah
With over twelve years as a speech pathologist and more than 20 years of experience working with children and adult learners, Sarah brings a deep understanding of communication, learning, and development across the lifespan.
As a Certified Practising Member of Speech Pathology Australia, she is passionate about supporting children, young adults, and professionals in developing meaningful communication skills. Her experience spans mainstream and special education settings (public and independent), early intervention services, and community-based programs.
Sarah also brings expertise in facilitating learning for professionals, offering training, supervision, and coaching to help clinicians and educators implement neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based approaches. Her background in theatre and improvisation enhances her ability to create engaging, interactive, and adaptive learning experiences that resonate with diverse audiences.
Clinical Supervision
Sarah provides individual and group supervision to allied health professionals, supporting them in delivering reflective, relationship-centred care. She is passionate about translating neurodiversity-affirming principles into practical, real-world strategies, ensuring professionals feel confident, supported, and empowered in their work.
Sarah applies a systems-thinking approach, helping clinicians navigate policy landscapes, service structures, and interdisciplinary collaboration to enhance outcomes for neurodivergent individuals and their families. She integrates relational practice principles and strengths-based coaching, fostering professional growth through critical reflection, practical application, and shared learning.
Group Facilitation
With experience in training design, facilitation, and stakeholder collaboration, Sarah creates engaging, interactive learning experiences for clinicians, educators, and families. She integrates evidence-based approaches with relational and reflective learning models, ensuring that training is not only informative but transformative.
Her background in performing—including monthly improv shows—enhances her ability to create dynamic, adaptable learning spaces. Whether working with professionals or families, Sarah designs sessions that are collaborative, strengths-focused, and embedded in real-world application.
1:1 Parent Coaching (Neurodivergent Families)
Sarah works one-on-one with parents of neurodivergent children, providing coaching that is affirming, collaborative, and grounded in lived experience. She applies a family partnership approach, ensuring parents feel heard, supported, and empowered in their role as advocates.
By taking the time to understand each family's strengths, values, and needs, Sarah helps parents build confidence in supporting their child—so that every part of the family ecology can thrive. Her work is informed by relational practice principles, co-design methodologies, and the latest insights from child development research, equipping parents with the knowledge and tools to navigate complex systems while centering their child’s autonomy.

Sarah offers assessment and therapy services tailored to individual needs in the beautiful Dandenong Ranges. Sessions can be conducted in her home clinic, at your home, in schools/kindergartens, or via telehealth.
